Integrity is a core characteristic and I find the head/heart, intellect/intuitive dynamics that are frequently exposed as the Leadership potential is revealed incredibly humbling. As a result of over 35 years of working in the human resource development sector as an Educator, Therapist, Mentor and Coach. My own professional training and development involved rigorous self-development techniques and these techniques inform my practice.
